The Bunker’s Managed Colocation service is managed out of our leading edge Network Operations Centre (NOC) and is maintained by the following Ultra* secure management processes:
The Bunker’s Managed Colocation service includes:
- Rack specification as per entry-level Colocation solutions
- Seven system points securely monitored (and reported on) by our Network Operations Centre on a 24x7x365 basis - HTTP; HTTPS; SMTP; IMAP; POP3; FTP; PING
- Three hours per month of business hours level 1 support (Remote Hands)
- One hour per month out of business hours level 1 support (Remote Hands)
- Additional Support packages available at a reduced hourly rate and priority service
