  • Seven system points securely monitored (and reported on) by our Network Operations Centre on a 24x7x365 basis - HTTP; HTTPS; SMTP; IMAP; POP3; FTP; PING
  • Three hours per month of business hours level 1 support (Remote Hands)
  • One hour per month out of business hours level 1 support (Remote Hands)
  • Additional Support packages available at a reduced hourly rate and priority service
