Secure Processes
To fulfil its security obligations to clients, The Bunker enforces an airtight internal security policy amongst its staff. For example, to remove the risk of security breaches, staff are not allowed to store passwords, write them down or communicate them with anyone else. Passwords must never be incorporated into any kind of script, automated logon procedure or similar, even if that script is itself password protected.

- all visitors and clients must be accompanied at all times whilst on Bunker premises and must not be left unsupervised at any logged in machine, unless they have their own account properly issued;
- all client information must be treated as confidential (including the identity of the company) and should only be communicated within the company on a need to know basis and only outside the company after specific authorisation by a Bunker Security Officer.
