7 security issues you should worry about
Have you considered the problems posed by the following security issues?

1. Platform security. Is the platform you're using for your application secure enough for the job?

2. Access control. Are your private network areas secure? Is your private / public key management up to scratch?

3. System attack. How would you know if your system was under attack? How would you counter attack and are your staff aware of the procedures?

4. Physical security. Are you sure that unauthorised people cannot physically reach your critical systems?

5. Data security. Are your back end networks secure? Is your data transmitted in a secure way on your back end network? Are all the backdoors closed?

6. Email security. Do you have an email security policy and, if so, do employees know about it? Do you remind people not to sign up work accounts to mailing lists and not to run unknown executable files? Can your employees spot spam and are they aware of phishing?

7. WiFi dangers. Are your people aware of the security risks involved in connecting to wireless networks? Do they know how to protect the company’s data while using a wireless network?
